Day 1 – Tirana
Start at Skanderbeg Square and explore the centre on foot. Visit the National History Museum if open, see the Et’hem Bey Mosque and continue to Blloku for cafés and restaurants. Set aside time for the country’s recent history at Bunk’Art 2 or the House of Leaves. Check opening hours in advance.
Day 2 – Krujë
Take a day trip to Krujë, around an hour by road from Tirana depending on traffic. Visit the castle, Skanderbeg Museum and old bazaar. Return to Tirana in the evening or stay overnight in Krujë for a slower pace.
Day 3 – Tirana at your pace
Choose between Mount Dajti, more museums or a food-focused day in the city. If your flight is late, keep the day relaxed. Avoid a long excursion on the day you fly home.
Practical setup
Stay in the same Tirana hotel for all nights. A rental car is unnecessary for this itinerary; taxis, city transport and an organised transfer are enough. This is an introduction, not an attempt to see the whole country.
